By using our apps, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use our apps. Simple as that.
Apple EULA
These terms supplement Apple’s standard End User License Agreement (EULA). In the event of any conflict between these terms and the Apple EULA, the Apple EULA will govern.
Billing & Refunds
Since our apps are sold via the Apple App Store, all billing, taxes, and refunds are handled directly by Apple. We do not have access to your billing information and cannot process refunds ourselves.
What You Get
When you download our apps, you get:
- A license to use the app on your personal devices
- Any updates we release during your license period
- Our commitment to privacy (see our Privacy Policy)
What We Expect
Be reasonable. Don't reverse engineer our apps, don't use them for illegal purposes, and don't try to harm others with them.
Intellectual Property
- Our apps, including code, design, and content, belong to Something Punny LLC
- You may not copy, modify, or distribute our apps
- Any feedback you provide may be used to improve our apps
Disclaimers
Our apps are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do our best to make great software, but:
- We can’t guarantee the apps will be error-free
- We can’t guarantee they’ll meet all your needs
- We’re not liable for any damages from using our apps
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate access to our apps if these terms are violated. You can stop using our apps at any time by simply deleting them.
Disputes
If we have a disagreement, let's try to work it out like reasonable people before involving lawyers. Any legal matters will be governed by California law.
Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of our apps means you accept any changes.
